How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders from HAMAKA.com


When will my order ship? 

Your order will ship within 1 to 2 business days after your order is placed via FedEX Ground.

All shipments are made from Southern California and delivery time will vary based on your distance. 


How do I track my order? 

Once we ship your order, you’ll receive an email with you tracking number.


What if my package does not arrive?

Please E-mail us at hola@hamaka.com and we’ll work with FedEX to resolve the problem. 


To what locations can I receive free shipping?

We offer free shipping within the Continental US. Currently we are not able to process orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Nebraska, Ohio, Puerto Rico, South Dakota or outside of the USA (including APO/FPO addresses). 


Do you ship internationally?

We are currently not able to ship internationally, although we hope to do so in the near future.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If we have not yet shipped your order, you can cancel or modify it by contacting us at hola@hamaka.com 


What if my order arrives damaged?

We will send you replacement product free of charge. Send us an email at hola@hamaka.com with a photo of the damaged cans.
