Agency Fees
For seasonal rentals, the agency’s maximum commission amounts to 22.5% of the gross rental amount, payable exclusively by the property owner.
A service fee of up to 12% of the gross rental amount may also be charged to the guest.
“Gross rental amount” refers exclusively to the rental price of the property, excluding agency fees.
